KCUFC In The News!

At the KCUFC Summer Solstice Fundraiser we had over 20 black-owned vendors, a live band, DJ, petting zoo, authentic Jamaican cuisine, and we gave away over 50 starter plants! We also had a raffle and gave away over a dozen prizes mostly donated by local black-owned businesses. We had an attendance of around 100+ people from the KC community and everyone had a great time!

At the KCUFC Lots To Crops party we gave away over 200 starter plants, we donated over 200 pounds of fresh, organic cherries to the community, had live music, a DJ, a dozen black-owned vendors, 3 free workshops, and food trucks. We had an attendance of around 250+ people from the KC community! What a blast!

At the KCUFC Fall Harvest Celebration we had live music, over a dozen black-owned vendors, 3 free workshops including bee keeping, tree planting, and cider making workshops, we had raffle prizes and a LOT of fun children activities including horse rides! We had an attendance of over 200+ people from the KC community! Great weather and great people!
